The insole has a harder PU foam in the pedal area and supports efficient power transfer to the pedal. A patch toe and heel cap protects against stones and knocks. The EVA midsole provides additional comfort and protection, which has an additional cushioning element incorporated in the heel area. The newly developed AM flat sole takes you to a new level in the bike and hike. The graduated hexagon profile in the pedal area in combination with the soft SUPtraction flat rubber compound ensures perfect grip on the pedal and lots of driving fun. In the toe and heel area, the sole has a deeper profile, which provides the necessary grip in wearing and sliding passages. In addition, the hexagons act like sheds that wedge when walking into the ground and thus ensure a firm grip even in critical passages. The lining material contains 40% recycled materials. The comfortable insole from Ortholite is made from environmentally friendly Eco Plush PU foam and 50% recycled polyester.
